⚡️🇮🇹🚨The GIP of Milan has not yet made an immediate decision at the end of Youssef Siher’s hearing, but has taken time to evaluate the acts and requests of the Prosecutor’s Office and the defense before speaking.

🔻 The Prosecutor’s Office requested preventive custody in prison for the researcher and activist linked to the “Movimento 17 ottobre” page, while the defense requested his release. Youssef is currently detained in the San Vittore prison.

🔻 Siher, investigated for aggravated incitement to commit a crime with the purpose of terrorism and the use of computer tools, exercised the right to remain silent. The GIP’s decision is expected by late tomorrow morning, October 28.
