⚡️🌍🔥 Yesterday, in conjunction with the general strike in Italy, an international anti‑militarist mobilization of port workers took place, involving 113 ports in 22 countries and regions, with the participation of more than 25 trade unions.

🔻 The initiatives affected ports in Italy, France, Greece, Spain, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Portugal, Croatia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Montenegro, Turkey, Morocco, India, Australia, Brazil, Mexico, the United States and Uruguay, as well as the Basque Country and the Azores.

🔻 Workers demanded the cessation of the transit of weapons and military materials through commercial ports, denouncing the involvement of ports in war logistics chains. In several countries strikes, patrols and suspensions of port activities took place.
